I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Wrexham, Wales) in Mar 2013
Interview
Initially there was an interview with a team leader. Then there was an interview with a manager. They always count on your previous customer service experiences. Be sharp and talk on point. Sometimes they might give you a scenario and ask how to deal with it. Be sharp even if you do not know the answer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Manchester, England) in May 2015
Interview
We where split into small teams of about 5 of us in each with 3 groups at a time in a room. We where asked questions as a group and played a few tasks and then the hiring manager (who was super friendly) asked us a couple of questions individually just going through our CV's and trying to get to know us a bit more. It was all pretty relaxed and no pressure.

Interview
Applied online and received email for a interview. The interview first involved a group interview working in groups on a task, about what items would you take to a deserted island, Then we had to complete written questionnaire test ( there were two parts). After this was completed we were called for a 1:1 interview and several questions were asked. Then the next day received a call for a second interview. The second interview was another group interview involving ideas for fundraising for charities TK maxx is involved with, then we had to present again back to the group. Then received a call the next day to say I was successful
