T.K. Maxx Retail Sales Associate interview questions

The interview was fast and straight forward, they asked me the typical questions, e.g what do you know about the company? Tell me about a time you had to resolve an issue?. There’s videos on youtube that shows you the questions they may ask.

While the system was easy to use, I found some of the questions unclear and not very reflective of real work situations. It was sometimes difficult to understand what kind of answer was expected.
