Structured chat, some brief getting to know you questions, then a mix of scenario and "a time when, and what did you learn" questions. You get a printed copy of the questions when you sit down in the interview incase you forget parts of the question. Interviewer was very friendly and makes you feel comfortable.

It was quick and easy as they just asked about my availability and all the other questions were scenario-based such as what would you do if a customer couldn’t find something and etc..
