I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sixt (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
I submitted my application online and received an email a few days later. We set up a short phone interview. The call was with HR and was more to check if I meet the requirements than an actual interview. I was invited to a formal interview and talked to the Branch Manager and Sales Performance Manager at a cafe. It was an informal setting, that put everyone at ease. We talked about my experience in sales and the various different ways how I would deal with upset customers.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sixt in Feb 2017
Interview
I have applied online, received a phone call within 1 week. The recruiter was very nice she asked me some questions about my educational background and why I am interested in working for the position (since it's not based in my home country). She then told me she will reach out to the branch manager the following day to set up a skype interview. Did not get a notice since then (it's been 1 week. So I don't know if my application was rejected or still on hold because I am very interested in working for Sixt. Tried to call and e-mail the recruiter but not answer.
We are happy that you are interested in Sixt and enjoyed the interview process. We always get back to our candidates within one week of the interview. In some cases we have to wait to make final decisions for higher level roles until the entire interview process in complete, but the recruiter should communicate this. It is also possible that the follow-up is in your junk mail folder. Please be sure to check this as well. We apologize for the inconvenience!
