I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sierra (Cheyenne, WY) in Aug 2015
Interview
It was very painless and brief. Kim and Lauren are very friendly yet succinct. They asked a few questions and I was hired on the spot. Just had to go to a facility for a pre-employment drug screen. I got a small tour of the department and got to get a feel of the building. I was in and out with a job, and I have no complaints.

Interview
First you do a type test, then you sit with people and watch them work. Then you interview two people. Pretty easy questions. They tell you right there if you're hired. They start you out at either $10 or $11 an hr. Very calm interview, laid back.

Interview
I had an interview over the phone with two managers. They asked your typical questions and then asked personal questions. The second interview was over the phone as well. They asked a lot of the same questions but there were more Interviewers so understandably they overlapped questions. The process was very fast and they kept me put to date. I filled out a test to see how well I edit material. After this, NO ONE contacted me back. I followed up two weeks later and then a month. No one would co tact me back and quite literally ignored me and then reposted the job. I understand that I may not have been right for the job. I get that maybe they were looking for someone else but it was so rude and a slap in the face to just completely ignore and never follow up with someone who is interviewing. All I wanted was an email saying they went in another direction but instead I have heard nothing from them. It has been 4 months and not even a generic response that the position has been filled. If you apply expect them to ignore you if you are not the right fit. Very unprofessional.
