Interview
the interview process was biased, and was in favor of female candidates. After the selection process the list of 11 was shared bearing the names of only female candidates. Only 2 of male candidates qualify for the HR round rest all were females, and after selection only females were hired.
They basically asked to tell about myself, my interests in different coding languages and based on my answers asked me technical questions about the coding languages i mentioned. They also asked me to explain my top 2 projects in detail and the challenges i faced while doing those projects and the steps i took to overcome those challenges.
