Case study presentation, primarily looking at communication skills and depth of thought, Multiple rounds but final round is the case study presentation. There was no HR or Recruiter involved it was just a manager and colleague on the team.
The interview process started with an online application followed by a virtual interview. The interview included behavioural and situational questions focused on teamwork, communication, problem solving, and adaptability. The interviewers were friendly and the process felt organized and conversational overall.
