I recently had an interview with Qualcomm, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. Here's a breakdown of what happened:
HR and the technical lead didn't seem prepared for the interview. To make matters worse, they didn't seem to have reviewed my up-to-date resume and instead referred to an older version. This lack of preparation made me feel undervalued as a candidate.
To add to the disappointment, the technical test that I was given felt like a waste of my time. Given the lack of preparation and the short interview, it was clear that the test didn't have much of an impact on the final decision.
Overall, my experience with Qualcomm's interview process was frustrating and disappointing. As a candidate, I felt that my time and efforts were not valued. I hope that the company takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to their interview process in the future.
