Qualcomm Software Engineer interview questions

Standard phone interview with questions on C, data structures and algos. Was very straightforward. Onsite interview was in San Diego, CA. There were 6 rounds of 1 on 1 interviews - mostly with very senior technical people who had very rigid and arrogant behabviour. Although the interview went pretty well, I was later informed that I was being considered for a temporary position instead of a full-time position - which was very unprofessional of them. I declined the offer.

This is supposed to be a great place to work? Employees have a cocky attitude overall. Interviewers gave the impression that I should have felt I was about to be admitted into heaven. Seemed overly concerned with where I got my degree - even though I've been working in the industry for over 15 years. Company is advertised as being open, laid back, and rewarding, but one wouldn't know it from the interview process!
