Smooth and very easy with the process and it was such a competitive yet fulfilling experience to speak with high regard partners and directors. I was asked basic questions but in depth especially with experience and also background knowledge.

The interview process was straightforward and typical for campus placements. I was shortlisted through my college placement cell. First, I took a preliminary test, followed by an aptitude test. After clearing these, I attended the final interview.

Question 1
They reviewed my profile and focused on my internships. They asked about the tasks I handled, my roles, and experiences during the internships. They also wanted to know about any specific instances where I had to take initiative or faced a challenge and how I dealt with it.
The interview process started with a virtual pre-screen with a recruiter who asked about my interest in tax, my resume, and availability. This was followed by a first-round behavioral interview with a senior associate. The final round was a series of back-to-back interviews with managers and partners. They focused heavily on behavioral questions using the STAR method, and asked about teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. Overall, the process was professional and took about two weeks.
