I applied online. I interviewed at Philips (Singapur)
Interview
Requested for an online interview as I was overseas, the session felt comfortable, not much technical question as no prior experience - more on why I chose this role, what I’m currently doing in school and many insights on what I would learnt from this role. Overall an informative interview session which lasted for an hour.
I submitted my resume on their career portal. After that, there was an initial hr phone screen followed by a panel interview. Only one interview and it was in person.

Interview
The whole process was fast. After applying for about a week, I received an email to schedule a phone interview. The next day, I got a call from the company's recruiter asking me basic questions, for example why I wanted to do this internship. About a week after, I had one productive 30-minute interview with two interviewers. The talk was great. I was treated very well. A few days later, I received a call from the company's recruiter telling me that I got the offer. Everyone was very nice!
