Philips Associate Director Clinical Development interview questions

Standard screening interview with HR, followed several days later by Zoom interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager seemed unprepared for the interview, though did ask a few standard behavioral interview questions. I chose to withdraw from consideration for the position based on hiring manager's personality during the interview. Position opening got reposted 4 months later, so they continue to look for someone to fill this role.
