Personio Implementation Manager interview questions

The interview process has been the best one I have experienced so far and was a huge factor in why I ended up joining this Company. The recruiter has been very quick to get back to me and I always felt like I was in good hands. She was available for any questions and also made me feel comfortable throughout the process by setting the right expectations. The interview process itself is very clear and well structured (Recruiter screening, lead interview, founder interview, peer interview, values interview and leader interview) and i always knew what to expect.

They are very transparent and inform you from the beginning of the steps of the interview process. It can be quite lengthy, but they are quite responsive if you have any questions. There are 4 to 5 steps (interview call with HR, then presentation with Head of Implementation (1 hour call), then a call with the implementation team that you will be in charge of (30 minutes), then 30 minutes call with other implementation managers in Germany and finally a call with Head of Customer Services
