Interview
The interview process has been the best one I have experienced so far and was a huge factor in why I ended up joining this Company.
The recruiter has been very quick to get back to me and I always felt like I was in good hands. She was available for any questions and also made me feel comfortable throughout the process by setting the right expectations.
The interview process itself is very clear and well structured (Recruiter screening, lead interview, founder interview, peer interview, values interview and leader interview) and i always knew what to expect.

Proceso de 5 entrevistas en total, largo e intenso por la profundización y la introspección de ti mismo que tienes que hacer para responder a las preguntas. Un proceso necesario para conocerte como profesional y hasta como persona y ya solo poder vivirlo te servirá para desarrollarte en tu carrera.
1. Entrevista introductoria con HR,
2. Entrevista con team lead local,
3. Peers interview, focalizada sobre todo en trabajo en equipo
4. Entrevista con manager regional del departamento
5. Entrevista de valores con People Ops
Consejo general: conocerte bien, preparar ejemplos de diversas situaciones en el trabajo que definan tus valores y tu método de trabajo. Behavioral questions, seguir el método STAR te va a ayudar a estructurar tus respuestas.
El proceso ha sido rápido, unas dos semanas desde que apliqué hasta que recibí la oferta. Todas las personas con las que me he entrevistado eran muy muy amables y la sensación era más de conversación que de entrevista, un proceso muy ágil, transparente y cómodo. Ojalá más empresas lo hiciesen así

Interview
I had multiple different Interview rounds with people from HR, Team leads and peers. It was a very professional environment and there is definitely a focus on the Communication skills.
