PepsiCo Full Time Merchandiser interview questions

Really long interview process had to wait weeks for a call back after I was interviewed, was called and told I need to do a drug test and they got back to me very fast after the drug test was complete it just took a long time to get to that point

Interesting interview including a physical test of the ability to stock product at a fast pace while being safe and staying alert of your surroundings. The gentleman that interviewed me was the guy that is now my boss, so I suppose they have a very thorough and extensive interview process. The company's overall values and such are very evident right from the start!.
