PepsiCo Full Time Merchandiser interview questions

You have the first interview with one of the managers where they ask you pretty complicated "what would you do" or "what did you do" questions. The answers had to be in an order of first, second, and third results. Way too wordy which could cause you to freeze and try to think of what exactly they want. Then the second interview is with both managers with the same questions! Finally, there is a third interview...yes, a third. This one is with the two managers again and possibly someone from the district. Once again, the same questions are asked. There was no need for so many interviews.
