At the early stages of the interview, HR was highly responsive with arranging the interviews via Zoom. The round 2 interview with the hiring manager was unstructured and followed a conversational style - appeared to be unorganised. The final interview stage focused on technical skills and motivational questions.
HR was not responsive after the final interview. After noticing the job was readvertised on LinkedIn, I followed up with HR and was finally advised no offer.
