The process itself was very intense, but Facebook was nice enough to provide a lot of resources to practice. All in all, it was a positive experience, but your hard coding skills are much more highly valued and weighted above any soft skills like communication. If you can't get through the first round of technical interviews, those soft skills won't even be considered.

Coding Challenge + two rounds of phone interviews. Problems were LC easy-medium. Interviewers were pretty helpful and easy to understand.
