I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta (London, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
5 interview stages in total - which in itself is pretty strenuous for an entry level role to the company. Questions asked around conscious/unconscious biases, technical skills, cross functional collaboration, a difficult role you worked on, managing candidate experience.
Questions weren't too difficult but the process itself is long winded and dragged out over a couple of months

Interview
The selection process for a recruiter role at Meta is structured, fast-paced, and focused on both technical recruiting skills and cultural alignment. It typically includes:
1. **Initial Phone Screen:** Conducted by a Meta recruiter, this call covers your background, motivation, and alignment with Meta’s mission and values.
2. **Recruiting Skills Interview(s):** These interviews assess your experience with sourcing strategies, pipeline management, stakeholder communication, and recruiting metrics. Expect scenario-based and behavioral questions (e.g., “Tell me about a time you filled a hard-to-close role”).
3. **Virtual Onsite / Loop Interviews:** You’ll meet with multiple interviewers across different functions. Sessions may include role-playing (e.g., a mock intake call with a hiring manager) or exercises to evaluate how you manage priorities and build recruiting strategies.
4. **Culture & Collaboration Focus:** Meta places strong emphasis on values like "Be Bold", "Focus on Impact", and "Move Fast". You’ll be assessed on your adaptability, communication style, and ability to partner cross-functionally.
