I applied online and was contacted about an interview. I was emailed several questions after which I was setup with an engineer from Facebook to interview with. There were supposed to be 2 interviews, you would only get the second one if you did well on the first.

I met a recruiter at my college career fair, and was reached out to for an on campus interview. There was a networking event before the interview, where candidates met engineers at Facebook to discuss work life and the different roles. The next step after the on campus interview was an on site interview
