Meta Policy Manager interview questions

quite unresponsive, long time to reply. seemed positive at first. seems like they are inundated so take a long time to get back. also unclear on the number of rounds needed to undertake so it can be exhausting

Standard process. First interview over the phone (30 minutes) with a recruiter. Very friendly, transparent about the process and the timeline. At the end of the interview mentioned that he will recommend me to move forward in the process. Got back to me within a week as promised. The second interview (30 minutes) with a hiring manager. Again, very friendly and transparent about the role and expectations.
