Interview
After the resume review, received a tech interview invite from the college recruiter. The tech interview via online for about an hour long.
Asked about list and tree questions.
One average and one hard question.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta (London, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
A screening process at first. After I got a referral, the recruiter contacted me and asked me some non-technical questions. Then I got the first technical interview. I did well and moved to the next one. In the second interview, my performance was not that good and I think that's why I didn't get the offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In the first interview I had two questions, one about detecting a palindrome in a string that contains punctuations (we should ignore them). the second question was about making a string balanced in parentheses.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Kairo, ) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview was full of tricks, but it was very good to differentiate between different candidates. The best thing they did before the interview is that they sent some resources to prepare for my interview, so that all candidates can show their best, and not be surprised by what they will face during the interview.
