I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
There were many layers to the interview process. First, there was a phone call, next a video Chat then, in-person at the main office after those two stages were completed.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (London, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
The first stage was a one-to-one with a content designer already working there. A simple but brilliant way of finding out what it's like to work there from someone who already does. And, of course, a screening process by someone who knows the job well and exactly what skills/experience/personality are needed.
