Meta Content Strategist interview questions

I was first approached by a recruiter who thought I was perfect for the position. I sent him my resume and within a few days heard back that the team at Meta wanted to interview me. I spent a lot of time preparing, and the day of the interview finally came... and ended in 5 minutes with no explanation or apology. Even the recruiter didn't return my email as to what went wrong.

Overall, great process! There were 4 interview rounds which consisted of a screening call with the recruiter, writing test, interview with a member of the team, and final round interviews (4 interviews and a writing portion). This process took about a month to complete, a lot faster than I expected. My recruiters were very transparent, responsive, and respectful which made me feel very valued. The interviewers varied from very nice and attentive people who valued my time as an applicant, to those that were very robotic and didn’t seem to care at all. Not sure if it was an intimidation test or if the interviewer just had a bad day or they don’t have much experience with interviewing, but as an applicant who’s invested a lot of time for this process, I expected at the very least some sort of interest in meeting a potential new hire and a more human interaction for all of my interviews during the final round. Definitely an area that needs to be improved.
