Tell me about yourself
Applied through a referral from the current employee which means a human recruiter has to review my resume and give me a screening call. Unfortunately, this did not happen. I got an email a day after applying saying they are not interested.

Interview
The Facebook interview process is by far the best I've ever had at any company. They are organized and have a candidate portal that helps you write thank you notes to people you have spoken with/track status etc and they really prepare you for what to expect. The process was one I compare every other interview to now and no other company has come close. This was a sales role so in addition to the 5-6 30 min convo's you have with different people you do a pitch to a panel. They give you lots of direction on how to prepare.
