Magna International interview questions

I attendded an interview for a program manager position, the first step was a filter to understand my experience, very short and brief. The second filter was a deep dive interview reviewing my personal information, the interviewer asked me about every of my previous jobs talking in detail about my duties, functions and responsabilities. At the end she told me information about the position available and she determined that I was a very good candidate and she sent me to a third interview with an interviewer from the specific area requiring the position. A was waiting a more difficult interview but at the end was the easiest one. She confirmed me as a very food candidate, she asked me to send again my resume to an specific email address and told me that a manager from the factory will contact me within the next three days and never happened

Was referred to this company through a former classmate in post-graduate studies. Emailed resume directly to the hiring manager, who then passed it on to HR. Was given an interview within a couple of weeks. Had one interview with HR who conducted a behavioural interview. Then met with the hiring manager and HR Manager. Received a written offer within a couple of days. Accepted the offer.
