Pretty basic interview process with the production supervisor, then took a short tour of the warehouse and stations to see what you would be doing and get to meet other team members.

Interview
Go through a staffing agency initially. They'll hire just about anyone because turnover is so bad. You have a basic personality test. Then a dexterity test. There's also an in person interview which is mainly about prior experience and how you'd handle certain situations.
