Was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an in person interview the following week. After determining the best date and time, an e-mail was sent with full instructions including who my interview would be with, and how to get to the interview location on their campus. The person I interviewed with asked very standard questions, explained who he was and a little about his role at Lockheed, and he gave me the opportunity to ask my own questions at the end of our meeting.
