I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Littleton, CO) in Jan 2017
Interview
Talked with three different managers that worked on various projects. The questions were very basic, thing such as, talk about a challenge you had to overcome, etc. They did provide breakfast which was neat.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Rockville, MD) in Oct 2015
Interview
I received a phone call two weeks prior to the interview notifying me that they wanted to fly me to Maryland for an interview - they paid for all means of transportation, hotel, food, etc. There was no pre-screen phone interview; which shocked me. The interview was very relaxed, they brought about 15-20 college students into the room and fed us lunch. All of the managers took turns introducing themselves, then they asked specific people for interviews. I interviewed with two managers, the questions were not technical at all. In between interviews I talked to one of the managers that worked in my hometown and mentioned that I grew up there even though I go to college in Utah. I received a phone call from that manager about 4-5 days after with an offer.
