I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Dec 2015
Interview
The travel and hotel was all accommodated , which was awesome. Got to go on a tour around the facility. The interview was more conversational about the position with very few behavioral questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had difficulty working with others.
Went to Hiring Event In January. A series of 3 interviews. I went through the first 2 interviews with no problem, questions were about actual mechanical experience and situations for behavior. The last interview turned into a splitting hairs session over when the last time I serviced an aircraft. I was treated like I had never touched a computer before or was capable of learning new ways of doing things.. One gentleman told me he was asked if he could keep up with the younger technicians. Still haven't heard back at all.

Question 1
what was the most challenging maintenance situation you ever had during your AF service and what did you do to fix the discrepancy? I actually liked this question.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Grand Prairie, TX) in Sep 2012
Interview
I was forwarded the name of the contract house listing the open position, DCR Workforce, sent my resume and received a call from the hiring manager. I was interviewed by two people and was offered the job over the phone during the initial call. The start date was delayed by a week because they were not ready for some reason.
