Lockheed Martin interview questions

chaotic, they didn't know much about the role they were interviewing me for at mgmt level. recruiter sent questions for me to fill out so she didn't need to conduct a call/screen.

Mostly behavior based. Asked questions relating personality, previous fits in teams. Not much work experience aside from internship, so a couple question about school projects. Couple of questions about my 'role' on each team I was on. Very comfortable and relaxed environment. Felt like interviewers, (1 lead, 1 intermediate), genuinely cared about my experience, possible fit on their team.
