The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Dallas-Fort Worth) in Apr 2024
Interview
Very long process from application through interview and eventual job acceptance. Stay on top of HR and don’t be afraid to contact other people in the hiring pipeline. 4 day workweek and an ever expanding company (things do get lost in translation) so keep up with your Lockheed contacts. Interview itself was pretty standard. Usual questions of how you would conduct certain situations in the workplace and examples from the past. Nothing specific to your ability though.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us about a time you experienced a difficult situation with a customer or coworker and how did you handle it. What did you learn from it?
The interview process is simple, asking basic eligibility questions and experience. They go into depth regarding your resume and try to match it up with their needs. The whole interview took 35 minutes.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Phoenixville, PA) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview was very intense, didn’t pay well enough for that level of scrutiny. I felt the requirements for the job was no where close to the pay and they approached me months after asking I reapply at which point to had another job.
