I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (King of Prussia, PA) in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview was conducted with two people using Microsoft Teams. I myself was a little intimidated because, of course, it's Lockheed Martin. But I answered the questions promptly and to the best of my ability. I rated it neutral because I felt more of a "follow these rules" instead of a "let me walk you through the program" interaction. I had to do some further research to truly comprehend the program. I didn't do my best in the interview. But I was friendly, polite, and asked them engaging questions every step of the way to express my interest. Leaving the interview, I wrote it off as they're not gonna take a chance on me, but I received a call a week ago telling me "Congratulations" and that I made the final cut. Some quick tips: Have your resume in front of you at all times. Practice these questions below. Always be engaged. Ask them questions too! They want to know what you think.
