I applied for other positions (not the one I was interviewed for), and my resume was seen by a recruiter for the position I interviewed for. The recruiter contacted me by phone to obtain my availability for an in-person interview. Travel/lodging was covered by the company. The interview was in the morning, and only lasted about 30 minutes.

initial contact was made through the company recruiting center website. it took three weeks before any contact was made. they required full spectrum leadership training, but HR refused to provide it stating there were no more classes. without this training the recruit has no idea how to answer the questions to complete the three parts of the reply they grade you on.
