Lockheed Martin interview questions

This was an internal interview for a promotion within the department. I was encouraged to apply by management. I applied through the employee online job application system. I competed with two other coworkers for the position. Interviewed by two managers I'm very familiar with, easily answering the questions because I have the skills, knowledge and background, it was an easy interview in my perception.
