Lockheed Martin interview questions

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult situation, and how did you handle it.

I was contacted by email and phone from a Lockheed Martin HR recruiter. They found my resume in their database and wanted to fly me out to be interviewed to work on JSF program in Fort Worth. They thought I was a perfect fit until I pointed out to them that I had only recently graduated from college a year ago. Even though I had 2 years of engineering work experience through internships and 1 year of full time engineering work, they needed someone who had graduated at least 2 years from that day. So unfortunately things did not work out at that time but I thought I'd let other applicants know that if they are qualified for a position then Lockheed Martin will call you, you don't have to wonder if your resume is just sitting around in some HR abyss, I know because it happened to me, I didn't even apply to anything I just submitted my resume on their website for general consideration.
