Lockheed Martin interview questions

First step is recruiting call, why you want to work for Lockheed, motivations, etc. Second Step is Phone interveiw with direct manager. May be a third interveiw in person, depending on time and where you are located relative to the work site.

Interview directly with managers. The interview was not technical in nature. Met with multiple managers but the interviews were not tailored specifically to a position. I was asked about working with difficult people, being part of a group, and leading a group. They also asked about overcoming adversity, time management, and project management.
