I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
Had an on-campus interview. They didn't ask me any questions about my experience or abilities. They were interested in a "career development" conversation where they asked in which positions I was interested in the company. I found this very difficult to answer because I don't know what positions they look for in recent grads.
