Lockheed Martin interview questions

Phone screen then called company after 3 weeks due to no follow up. Had on-site interview with 3 people including manager. Nothing but behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time...") which IMO tell nothing about performance or how one will do in specific role. Had to follow up again after 3 more weeks.

One interview with the hiring manager. Mostly communication before and after the in-person interview was with the recruiter.
