I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Herndon, VA) in Apr 2011
Interview
Experiences can vary. The job posting I got accepted for only took one phone interview. They simply looked at my resume to see if my skills matched up and asked me some basic practical questions.
In a previous interview for a different job posting, I did it in person and was rejected.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Sunnyvale, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
I applied online and received a call back from the recruiter in December to schedule an onsite. I was flown out to Sunnyvale and interviewed with two different managers for two projects. The interview was very standard and fairly straight forward. Nothing technical, they asked about my previous project and engineering experiences.

Question 1
No technical questions while I was there. Basic behavioral questions. Very conversation like.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
I had an employee referral. I applied online and heard back about one month after applying. I got a call and email saying that their was a hiring event and that I was invited to interview. They flew me out and the hiring event was pretty intense. They had a huge room full of hiring managers behind tables and I had to interview with about 50 other interviews going on around me. It was pretty difficult to concentrate on their questions when everyone was pretty much yelling around us. It lasted around 45 minutes and they said I should be hearing back within one to two weeks. I ended up getting a call about an hour after I left saying I had received an offer.
