Lockheed Martin interview questions

The interview process was straight forward. It was an online interview. I was asked behavioral type questions using the STAR approach and I was also asked multiple technical questions, mainly centered around my resume. Then, it was 10 minutes of me asking questions. They responded back to me the next day with a decision and stayed transparent through the whole process.

I had a phone screening with the hiring manager themself then was invited for a panel interview. The phone screening consisted of mainly walking through my resume and more in depth of my experience/projects. The panel was more technical as well as behavioral.
