Lockheed Martin interview questions

1. Over the phone interview with the Program Architect. 2. Over the phone interview with the Program Manager, Project managers and Team Lead. 3. In person interview with the Team Lead and Sr. Developers.

The interview was entirely behavioral. They asked to give examples of leadership, taking on challenges, and highlights from my educational/working experience. No technical questions. The interviewer was quiet and reserved while taking notes during my answers. I felt like I nailed the interview based on the conversation I had with the interviewer afterward. However, he explained that they interview many people at career conferences and keep them in a database. Most of the time, there are only a handful of jobs for very specific skill sets that they're searching for and the rest of the interviews go into some generic pile they might dive into at a later time.
