Interview
(This position was related to the Finance division)
I applied online late November 2014, they contacted me in mid-February and had a short phone interview where they wanted to know more about me and also informed me about the job requirements. I was invited to the interview event at their facility in early March. Had an one-on-one interview in person that lasted for about an hour. There was a little small talk before the interview, but the interviewer read his questions off a list. The interviewer asked me a vast array of questions ranging from behavioral/hypothetical, general interview questions, and a few personal ones (no technical questions to my surprise, though I realize that is the job title). They were definitely trying to assess if I was a good fit for that work environment rather than assessing my technical abilities. Finally, the interviewer also described the internship roles and responsibilities and informed me about the specific division in the company and what they do. Overall, I'd say I did alright, but there were definitely some questions that I could have answered better. After the interview, there was a brief tour of the facility. I had to reach out to the interviewer a month later to know if they had made decision, I was then informed that they chose another candidate. Nonetheless, I am grateful for the experience and I believe it benefited me in the long run.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Washington, DC) in Mar 2015
Interview
Initially a total of 12 candidates including myself were sitting in a conference room. Nobody knew what positions they were being interviewed for or where they would be. A few managers came in, intorduced themselves, and talked about how the day would go. Basically, each manager worked on a different project and needed someone or knew another manager that needed someone. They were looking to fill multiple positions and just wanted to cast a wide net. So they would pull you into their office for about 30 minutes and interview you. I had 3 interviews, some people had two, others had 4 but the schedule was predetermined. If you didn't have an interview at that time you just sat with the other candidates and talked.
I really only had one or two questions the whole time. It was more conversational rather than an typical interview, and there were no technical questions.
It went really well for me, and Ive been doing background checks with the company. Still, its been about a month or two and theres been no offer yet
Interview questions [1]

How would you try to convince a senior worker to try a new method

How do you work with other people
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Huntsville, AL) in Mar 2014
Interview
There were 3 rounds of interviews for 3 different positions. It took about 2 hours all together, but all the interviews went about the same. I actually wasn't picked for any of the positions that I interviewed for which was pretty demoralizing at the time, but about a month later I received a call from the manager asking if I would be interested in a new position that was just opened up, and I said of course!
Make sure you are familiar with the STAR approach for answering the questions; they go over what it means during the interview but it helps to know beforehand.
