I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Jul 2015
Interview
The interview went for 45 minutes to an hour. I though I had done fairly well. A few days later the interviewer left a voicemail asking to setup a follow-up screen with one of the team leads. I emailed and called to arrange this appointment, but have since heard nothing back from him. I find this quite unprofessional.

Question 1
There was a question about interfaces and abstracts. But mostly they wanted to know about my former projects.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Philadelphia, PA) in Dec 2012
Interview
Lockheed Martin uses the STAR (situation, task, action, result) process and panel interview. They supposedly ask all candidates the same questions, assign a score to each response and the candidate with the most points gets the offer. Most of the time was spent looking at the tops of their heads while the panel members furiously wrote down what I said.
