Lockheed Martin interview questions

Detailed and excellent interview process. It helps to have the right hiring manager running the interview that understands the job they are hiring for. I had a total of two interview.

This was a virtual interview with camera on, there were 3 members on the panel. Starts out with introductions, then moved to the question phase, there were about 4-5 questions asking you to tell them about a time when you experienced a situation. You are expected to answer with real examples of how you handled a similar situations.
