I was an intern at first. I was an internal hire. Pretty straight-forward process for me. The manager knew my current manager and it was pretty much guaranteed.

I was a summer intern within the Missiles and Fire Control division and applied for the position at the end of my employment. I was contacted and set up a phone interview three weeks after I left. Interview was fairly easy just the basic behavioral questions. The interviewers were very nice and easy to talk with. After the phone interview I had an offer within 3 weeks.

Started with an on campus interview during a Career week. Then a phone screening interview with an HR rep. Then a mass interview of individuals who recently or would be graduating from college the next semester. Held group interviews and one on ones with various managers from the surrounding areas.
