I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Rockville, MD) in Oct 2015
Interview
Invited to the Rockville, MD facility for a hiring event. There were about twenty candidates there and they had us in a conference room with recruiters and upper level managers to network. Hiring managers would come in and pull you out for an interview. 2-4 interviews depending on which managers wanted to talk to you. Very laidback process because the candidates were interviewing for different positions. At the end of the day we were taken on a tour while the managers and recruiters discussed us.
