Lockheed Martin interview questions

Interviewed at a hiring convention in Boston. The interview didn't get too technical and it really was just an enjoyable conversation. In my opinion, they are looking for a driven and passionate kid.

Did an online application, received response about 2 weeks later. Went through phone screen asking basic questions about experience and job interests. Received interview request a few days later. Panel interview (phone) with hiring manager and sr engineers.
