I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Moorestown, NJ)
Interview
Non technical. They go over your resume and ask a few hypothetical questions to see how you think. If you got to the interview stage, you pretty much landed the job given that you don't terribly mess up.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Dallas-Fort Worth)
Interview
Straight forward. Combination of leadership questions combined with practical, problem-solving scenarios. Prep using the Situation-Action-Resolution model. Very true to life, what I would see on the job. Interview was straight forward, non-threatening, professional. Good experience!
