Lockheed Martin interview questions

The interview process was convenient and virtual. I was asked many scenario based questions and the team was easy to speak to with low pressure. There seemed to be a genuine like for the work they do.

A quick interview of about 30-45min mostly STAR-related questions. The manager will ask a STAR question and you will answer in the format Situation, Task, Action, Result. There was a manager for asking questions and a senior software engineer you could ask questions too and to help with any technical aspects.
